Mommy and ME!!!

Simply put, Dylann is DYING to go to preschool. Every time we drop off Davis, she books it to the playground play house to hide from me, then throws a FULL TANTRUM when I rip her out and wrestle her to the car. I frequently find Dylann crouched in the classroom kitchen, fingers crossed I'll forget her. Often times she's behind the art easel IN THE NEIGHBORING CLASSROOM working on her next masterpiece.

Needless to say, this girl is independent, strong-willed and adventurous - Unlike anyone I've ever know.... ;)

Enter: Mommy and Me. I signed us up and on the first day she was cute and ready, then became Alpha Female and tried to rule the school. Luckily by the next week cute Dylann showed her good-natured colors and went with the flow, learned new songs and met new friends.

This girl, oh THIS GIRL. She is soooo challenging but SO cute. Sooooooo friendly yet so strong-willed! She is a tiny trooper yet a tantrum extraordinairre!

Tim's a sucker for her and he should be.... Look at those doe eyes below... Dylann you are a beauty and you are talented. You are coordinated and funny, curious and really very smart! You are giving us a run for our money, HONESTLY. But sweet baby girl, there is no other Dilly Pickle we'd rather have - You are a special one Miss. Dyllie Doo, and we truly love you (even though we can't wait for you to start real preschool next Fall, hee hee...) XO!

FOUR...

Four years of this kid's handsome face have flown by, but I still remember every day like it was yesterday.

We celebrated double duty, cause don't you know? FOUR is MAJOR! And we just love to celebrate :) Here are pics from our day at California Adventure... So many fun faces turned out for Davis, what a day!

And just as we were singing "Happy Birthday" outside the sweet shoppe...

Mickey Mouse joined in the serenade! What a FUN way to end a perfect day!

Oahu: Turtle Hunting

You'd think turtles would greet you at the door at Turtle Bay, but actually we had to do some digging to find these elusive guys. One afternoon we looked...

And found horses.... so we kept looking...

And looking....

And searching...

Then rested....

Then searched more with SUPER high hopes....

And finally? We found a turtle! HOORAY!

And the adventure was worth it!
