When grandchildren entered the scene for my parents, they started the most thoughtful tradition: Buying furniture for each nursery nest! After finding out their 4th grandchild was on the way, they of course offered to help our lil chick get cozy in her coop! But there was a hitch... Davis renewed the lease on the crib we thought would go to her, and we just could not have 2 cribs in this house when we are so close to handing our one down, so... The baby's nest is still waiting for the end of big brother's lease and she'll be in the bassinet till then... HOWEVER! My parents still wanted to get our gal a gift so over the weekend, they surprised us with the most gorgeous camera EVER. It's a "precision instrument" (it says so in the manual) meant to fill a destiny of taking professional looking photos of our family. This camera is a dream come true, especially for a mom like me, who takes at least 55 photos of her child daily. Thank you Mom and Dad, for encouraging my creativity in capturing the moment! Obviously this was the perfect gift... When Davis sees me pull it out, he instantly says "Cheese!" XO
